Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation is ready to solicit bids for the following projects.

Sealed proposals for the below Project will be received by the the City of Mansfield at the City of Mansfield Permitting and Development Office, 3rd floor, 30 N. Diamond Street, Mansfield, OH  44902 until 9:00 AM, February 16, 2024. The Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud IMMEDIATELY in the City of Mansfield at the City of Mansfield Permitting and Development Office at the address listed.

Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation and The City of Mansfield award bids to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder as provided by ORC 9.312. Bid will be considered if bid complies with bid specifications in all material respects and contains no irregularities or deviations from the specifications which would affect the amount of the bid or otherwise give the bidder a competitive edge. We reserve the right to waive any informality or to reject any bid(s) or all bids. Note: Richland County Land Bank may reject bids from Contractors’ who do not attend Mandatory Walk-Through.
